The Stoneleigh Project | Wine Bar

The Stoneleigh Project sees an empty warehouse in Flinders Street, Melbourne transformed into a series of interactive spaces to showcase the winemaking process whilst sampling matching wines.

These spaces are comprised of flowing virtual rivers, ancient river stones, rays of sunlight and floating bubbles depicting wild yeast. The immersive wine tasting experience will intrigue and inspire guests as they learn about the stories and winemaking philosophy of Stoneleigh Wines walking through each room.

Once guests have finished the free wine tasting experience, they will be able to enjoy a glass of wine at the pop-up bar and cellar door, open to 10pm every night. Some will be lucky enough to dine in the invitation-only secret dining room where guests will be treated to a 3-course dinner with paired wines.

The campaign also involves a collaboration with internationally-acclaimed artist Susi Sie who specialises in macro videography art.

The Stoneleigh Project is open from 13 October to 5 November, at 524 Flinders Street, Melbourne. On their journey through the exhibition, visitors will sample the Stoneleigh Wild Valley range, which includes Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, and can purchase a range of Stoneleigh wines from the Stoneleigh Wine Bar and Cellar Door.

The experience is free so just turn up and enjoy!
