Established in 1997, ACF was the first independent not-for-profit community foundation in Australia. Today, ACF distributes millions of dollars in grants each year on behalf of its active donor community.
As a community based endowment fund, all donations are pooled and invested to generate income to help drive immediate and long-term change. ACF offers individuals, families, groups, corporations and charitable organisations an easier and more satisfying way of giving something of real value back to the community.
We use our grantmaking expertise and knowledge of community issues to assist donors develop strategic giving plans and make effective grants, which meet their own philanthropic and charitable goals, and address needs in the community.
