Experience a new age of Bavarian cuisine and the best imported Bavarian Bier. You'll begin with a 30 minute introductory course covering the German Bier purity laws the brewing process and its history.

The laws state that only four ingredients are allowed in the Bier making process - water barley hops and later on also yeast. To this day these laws are still followed at Hofbrauhaus.

After the course settle in for a tantalising beer tasting and food pairing session.

Sip on five different Bavarian Biers like Lager Pilsner Weissbier Dunkel and Pale Lager matched with five different food dishes. You'll soon realise how the right pairing can enhance your culinary experience. This experience is perfect for any avid bier fan!
