The Nepean Highway property was purchased by owner Jarred Turnbull in 2018 who's since created a welcoming speak-easy, exactly what the 'Edi' strip needed. A lifelong Melbournian who left his career to focus on providing the ultimate hospitality experience, he's opening the doors to his vision, inviting customers to join him on the Bo Gurks odyssey.

The majority of timber used, including all the tables, is recycled hard wood which you'll find in leather booths. Repurposed steel found beneath the building during construction is used throughout and even on the front door. Attractive ornaments including striking hanging lights found throughout the venue are curious conversation starters and enhance the viewing experience. A worthwhile stop for friendly congregation or the ideal venue to host your next event.

You'll find the finest Australian craft beers, liquor and wines, labels both familiar and unfamiliar.
