The Carlton Brewhouse overlooks Australia's largest brewery and the home to some of Australia's favourite beers including Carlton Draught, Victoria Bitter and Carlton Dry.

Visitors can enjoy a beer expedition, following the River of Beer through the iconic Abbotsford Brewery while the Brewhouse visitor centre boasts multiple interactive displays and a beer garden complete with footy and cricket nets.

The Carlton Brewhouse features a Brewery Fresh unpasteurised beer tank, ensuring guests can taste the freshest Carlton Draught, straight from the brewery and the Brewhouse cafe offers delicious meals matched to our extensive range of beers and ciders.
