For a night of good old fashioned movie fun, bring your family or a carload of mates to the Village Drive-In and watch movies like they did in the '50s, in your car!

Coburg's 1950s style diner / drive-in cinema, with space for 900 cars.

Children under age 12 are admitted free of charge. A full hot food menu including burgers, hot dogs, chips and donuts is available along with the traditional Coke, popcorn and Choctops.

Easy to drive in, pay and park in the right area (3 areas).

- You can sit in the front seats, or face the back of your car to the screen if you have a station wagon and chill in the back, or pull up some fold out chairs and sit outside the car. And you still don't have to worry about the stranger next to you chatting, using their phone or crunching loudly like the cinema.

- You can take your own food and drinks, or walk to the candy bar and buy delicious popcorn, hot-dogs, chippies and drinks, or if you feeling lazy, you can SMS the candy bar and they will bring it to you.

- The sound of the movie is tuned in through your radio so you can have it as loud or soft as you like.

Times have changed. No more wires and speaker throught the window. Audio for the movie comes through your car radio through your car speakers. Simply tune to the right radio channel (they tell you the channel). Sit back and enjoy.

No, there are no 3D movies but hey, its old fashioned film entertainment.
