Day Trip 2 - Devonshire Tease |
This is a Grade 1 Cycling covering 7.7.km, a short ride which links the Yarra's two famous boathouses and Dights Falls.
It is intended as an enjoyable afternoon ride for families with budding mountain bikers. Food is available at the start, middle and finish to spread the efforts.
The ride covers gravel, earth and sealed tracks. The hill, 700m from the start, could be chalanging for youngsters, however it is quite short.
From the frenetic energy of the freeway to the peace of the Yarra, this ride is diverse.
There are lots of trails to explore around this area including the Yarra bike path. Please avoid no cyclist areas.
