The Eastbank Centre contains the Eastbank Auditorium, the Function Rooms, Alex Rigg Meeting Rooms and the Shepparton Art Museum
Welsford Street, Shepparton, runs north/south and is one street over, towards the Goulburn River, parallel to Wyndham Street - Shepparton's main north/south road. The Eastbank Centre is between Fryers Street - (war memorial on the corner) - and Nixon Street, and is opposite the Queens Gardens.
Parking
Limited Parking is available on Welsford Street and the main off-street parking is on the Goulburn River side of the Eastbank Centre, accessed from Marungi Street. The river-side or Marungi Street door is open for all performances and delivers patrons directly to the reception desk and Riverlinks Box Office.
Access
Wheelchair access is available only to Row A at Eastbank and space will be reserved wherever possible for patrons who require it. A hearing-aid induction loop is also available at Eastbank.
Riverlinks Venues
Riverlinks Venues are Greater Shepparton's major performing arts venues collectively as one.
These venues include:
Eastbank Centre, Welsford Street, Shepparton
WestSide Performing Arts Centre, Echuca Road, Mooroopna.
Riverlinks venues can provide disabled, infirm and wheelchair access. Please advise the box office of requirements when making a booking to ensure the most suitable seating can be allocated.

The Eastbank Centre is the home of the Eastbank Cafe, Riverlinks Box Office, Riverlinks Venues Administration and Operations and the Shepparton Art Museum.
The Riverlinks Box Office is open for phone and in person bookings Monday to Friday 10.00am - 5.00pm and Saturdays 10.00am - 1.00pm.
Tickets are also available online.
Eastbank Cafe is open Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm.
The Riverlinks Adinistration Office is located on the first floor of the Eastbank Centre and is open Monday to Friday and can be contacted on (03) 5832 9865.
Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) is open seven days from 10.00am - 4.00pm, and 1.00pm - 4.00pm on Public Holidays.
