Eureka Centre | Home of the Eureka Flag

The Eureka Centre is located at the historic site of 1854 Eureka Stockade rebellion and is home to one of Australia's most revered cultural artefacts - the Eureka Flag.

Located on the site of the Eureka Stockade, Eureka Centre visitors can learn about one of Australia's most important historical events.

The Eureka Flag is surrounded by the scenic Eureka Stockade Memorial Gardens.

Formerly known as the Museum of Australian Democracy at Eureka | M.A.D.E., the site is being re-imagined for visitors to view the iconic Eureka Flag.

There is also a cafe onsite offering snacks and lunches.

Opening Times:
Museum and Eureka Flag: Open 7 days a week 10am-5pm.
Closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day
Cafe: Open 7 days a week from 10am to 3.30pm

Note: Enter next to the Eureka Aquatic Centre
Parking: Parking is located near the Eureka Aquatic Centre.

Entry: Adult $6, Concession $4, Family Pass $18
Ballarat residents free on provision of photo ID
Guided tours (10 or more people) and school groups by arrangement
