The magnificently restored Eynesbury Homestead, hand crafted from local bluestone almost a century and a half ago, stands testament to the property's pioneering spirit.
An array of outer buildings classified by the National Trust, including the original shearing sheds, water towers and workers cottages, all provide an enduring reminder of the property's early settler origins.
Eynesbury Homestead
Eynesbury Homestead is a bluestone homestead built for Samuel Thomas Staughton dating from the early 1870s.
The single storied bay windowed side wings date from the 1880s as does probably the concave timber verandah. Quoins, widows walk and the eaves detailing are features. Construction is in coursed bluestone with hipped corrugated iron roofs and stuccoed chimneys.
Eynesbury is an excellent example of a ninetenth century homestead with associated outbuildings. The original two storey section is in a Colonial Georgian style whilst the later wings are Victorian.

A renowned international course designer, Graham has used the experience garnered through over 60 professional tournament victories on the world tour to produce a classic championship layout. As the designer of leading Australian courses such as Palm Meadows and Robina Woods on the Gold Coast, The Vines in WA and Terry Hills in Sydney, he has managed to combine wide fairways with extensive bunkering and water features to produce an immensely playable course for golfers of any standard.

Our menu is designed to offer great value, with many options available from breakfasts, light snacks, slices and sweets, right through to more substantial meals and the a la carte menu. We proud ourselves in using as many produces from local producers.
