THE DELI AT FARMER'S DAUGHTERS BRINGS FRESH SEASONAL PRODUCE FROM GIPPSLAND TO MELBOURNE'S CBD. FEATURING CASUAL DINING WITH AN OPEN KITCHEN, A GOURMET DELI AS WELL AS PRODUCE AND WINE RETAIL TO TAKE A PIECE OF THE REGION HOME.

Our selection is specially curated on a changing basis by Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia to reflect the seasons. It provides local Gippsland producers the opportunity to sell their products and share their stories.

The Deli's sharing menu is inspired by the various cooking influences Chef Saravia has discovered throughout his time in Gippsland and evokes the region's history through the creative menu creations.

Designed around a Greenhouse, The Rooftop bar at Farmer's Daughters brings the highest quality, locally sourced craft beer, wines and spirits to Collins Street.

Our cocktail menu is also inspired by the seasons and our team's ever-changing creations are infused with seasonal and native ingredients.
