There's no doubt that we're all becoming more aware of what we eat. You'll be sure to taste the difference with our focus on fresh ethical produce, whole ingredients cooked slowly with care and attention to accentuate the all-natural flavours present.
Our food is cooked and prepared at Millgrove Pasta, located in Williamstown. Millgrove Pasta has been producing snap frozen and fresh cut pasta for over five years now, supplying some of the biggest pasta bars in Melbourne! It seemed only natural to open our very own.
Fox in the Corn has been a dream for the Millgrove Pasta boys for the past few years, they have desired a space to showcase their amazing pasta. Millgrove Pasta is a small gourmet food company that opened a few years ago, where Josh Bayne and Joshua Murnane (the two Josh's) met. They found in each other a shared passion for slow cooked natural food using local products and a more traditional approach to ingredients. With over 20 years combined experience in the food industry they like to let the pasta do the talking!
Coffee
Coffee should be made with the best available ingredients, care and attention, before being enjoyed and savoured.
After combing all of Melbourne, we've carefully selected Monk Bodhi Dharma as our boutique micro-roaster, for their direct trade, seasonal and mostly single estate coffee. The Monk roast style of ' less is more' attempts to highlight delicate and intricate flavour characteristics of each particular farm.
We offer coffee based on seasonal availability and quality, changing weekly as chosen by our friend Marwin, owner and head roaster of Monk Bodhi Dharma.
Craft Beer
In the past 10 years the craft beer movement has gone from strength to strength. Old techniques, ingredients and passion have brought back beers from the past, and the master brewers are achieving rockstar status!
The world offers some fine beers! Our aim is to take you away with us, to experience those worldly brews in one location. We're designing a space for beer lovers to sit and enjoy a personal connection to the master brewers of the world.
We offer the finest in small batch brewing available through our 8 taps and continually growing bottled beers.
We also offer a small selection of wine, as selected by Jagdev Singh, from Local Drop.
