Open space
An abundance of open space at Harpley ensures every member of the family can get active and inspired or simply relax in the tranquil natural surrounds.
On completion, Harpley will feature more than 100 hectares of open space offering a range of activities and uses.
Explore more than 20kms of hike and bike trails that connected around the tranquil lakes and waterways, visit a nearby village playground or meet the neighbours for a shared barbecue.
Waterways
Harpley is set to make a splash with a unique series of interconnected lakes and waterways offering a range of different water experiences from lakeside walk trails to waterfront shopping and dining.
More than 60 hectares of open space will be dedicated to lakes and wetlands with more than 30 hectares of permanent open water, similar in size to Albert Park Lake (44 hectares) and Altona's Cherry Lake (48 hectares).
Harpley's waterways are divided into four distinct areas with individual character and features.
Sport and recreation
Sports will be well catered for at Harpley, with more than 15 hectares of sports fields, pavilions, pitches and courts to choose from. Future sporting options will include football, cricket, soccer, softball, tennis and netball.
Early residents can make the most of the newly delivered 32 hectare Gary Davidson Reserve neighbouring Harpley on the corner of McGrath Road and Black Forest Road.
