The owners of the Wayside Inn and Station Hotel have decided to bring their flair to Toorak.
The Hawksburn Hotel is a landmark corner hotel, built in 1850, known then as the Bush Inn.
Although new in name, the Hawksburn is committed to keeping the tradition of the buildings heritage.
Offering two distinctive dining areas, along with a large upstairs function area.
La Sala - Restaurant
Licensed since 1854, starting as an Inn, providing a stopping place for travellers. We have re-opening the dining-room as La Sala. A dignified room that lends itself to a quality dining experience.
A refined dining room, lead by head chef Carl Wills, provides a more distinguished menu with Mediterranean influences. A vast selection of house made pastas, fresh seafood and grill selections headline the menu.
Daily specials are available, along with a four course chef's menu.

Sports Bar
Offers affordable pub flair with a twist on many favourites. With a variety of craft beers and ciders, wine to suit any palate and with our relaxed atmosphere, you'll feel right at home in Hawksburn Hotel's Sports Bar.
We're showing all major sporting events on our large Projector Screen and displaying daily sport on any one of our 11 TVs.
