After signing in, participants receive a comprehensive pre-drive briefing covering vehicle handling, braking techniques, cornering strategies and track layout information to ensure they get the most from their time on the circuit.

Once suited up in a race suit and helmet, drivers are introduced to their in-car instructor before strapping into the cockpit and heading onto the track.

With a highly skilled instructor seated beside you, live coaching is delivered through a headset throughout the experience, helping you master braking points, racing lines and gear changes while building confidence behind the wheel.

Feel the power of a V8 race car as you charge down the straights and tackle Sandown's famous corners at exhilarating speeds of up to 200km/h.

Session Length

Allow approximately 2 to 3 hours for the complete experience, including registration, briefing and driving time.

Race days operate throughout the year on selected dates.

Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled booking time.

Guidelines

• All participants must be drug and alcohol free.


• Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and hold a minimum P-plate licence.


• Maximum height is 194cm, minimum height is 135cm and maximum weight is 130kg.


• An automatic V8 Holden is available for drivers without a manual licence (excluding Western Australia).


• Participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements on the day will forfeit their experience.


• An insurance excess may apply in the event of damage to the vehicle.

If rain is forecast, participants should call the weather check hotline on 0412 018 035 before leaving home for the latest track and weather conditions.

Dress Code

Comfortable enclosed flat-soled shoes must be worn.

Additional Information

Participants may purchase optional souvenirs on the day, including a professional photo package and an in-car digital video recording with telemetry data on USB. Both options are available for $60 each and are payable directly to the experience provider.
