A grand old Melbourne pub serving great food, wine and beer since 1854, The Lincoln distinguishes itself from the uni-style pubs around Carlton with its seriously delicious gastropub-style food.
The kitchen serves up a menu where everything is lovingly made in-house, from their bread, mustard and pickles to curing their own free-range bacon, and where sustainable and seasonal ingredients are allowed to shine. and ingredients are allowed to shine.
There's plenty to delight, and the same applies to drinks, with the public bar retaining its art-deco features. 12 taps feature craft beer, showcasing speciality brewing at its best, and with a great wine list focused on small and interesting producers, there is much to enjoy.

Our kitchen is focused on using the highest quality regional, sustainable and seasonal produce, with as much as possible made in-house, from our bread, mustard and pickles to curing own free-range bacon.
Our art deco bar has 12 taps featuring a rotating list of Australian and New Zealand craft beers (and ol' mate Carlton Draught!), as well as a curated wine list showcasing small interesting producers, including some of Australia's most progressive winemakers. Our space is suitable for groups of up to 80 guests, whether for a sit-down meal or casual drinks event, and at any time of the day, our friendly and professional team will make you and your guests feel right at home.
