From beginnings in Fitzroy, Melbourne, we're now excited to be serving coffee and brunch in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane on the Australian East Coast.

From flagship roastery-cafes, to CBD espresso bars, each Industry Beans venue is unique to its location and surroundings. Our coffee menu rotates fortnightly across each of our cafes, and our brunch menu relaunches every three months to reflect the changing seasons around us. We invite you to visit.

Here, our largest coffee roastery sits alongside a caf©, coffee bar, retail shop and training facility. We're open 7 days a week, and we'd love to show you around.

Designed by the Industry Beans team, Lt. Collins opened in 2017. It was - and remains - a new concept for high volume specialty coffee take away bringing together state of the art coffee equipment, considered architecture and responsive design. Try our Rose Street or Seasonal Espresso blend for milk-based espressos, and rotating single origins for black espresso. If filter is more your style, grab a batch brew or cold brew straight from the tap. A selection of pastries and house-baked treats are available 7 days a week to enjoy alongside your coffee of choice.
