The Hotel's Terrace Restaurant offers year round comfort; French doors open on to the Mediterranean style courtyard, whilst an open fireplace makes for cosy winter dining.

During the warmer months Khyats offers a Sunday Gourmet Lunch BBQ on the Terrace only $12.00 per person and in winter, a Traditional Carvery.

Head Chef Kevin Berry changes the menu seasonally; utilising Australian, Asian and European flavours with an emphasis on freshness and simplicity suited to all individual tastes.

The Terrace Restaurant offers a selection of decadent desserts such as Honeyed Vanilla Bavarois with poached rhubarb and double cream and Olga's Chocolate Cake.

The Wine List changes frequently, featuring over 100 wines from all major wine growing regions.
