Chef owner Theo Kostoglou specialises in creative Greek and Mediterranean cuisine utilizing his experience from over 20 yrs of Greek cooking which began in Greece.

THE MENU

The food prepared and served to you reflects the years the chef owner Theo spent cooking in Greece and his previous restaurants here in Melbourne, combined with his passion for the Mediterranean cuisine.

- Lamb filo pie
Aromatic lamb, raisins and pine nuts, dusted with cinnamon sugar, brunoise Greek salad and walnut-pepper sauce.

- Soutzoukakia
Baked wagyu beef mince and eggplant roulades with 'Dodoni' feta, tomato concasse and spanakorizo.

- Veal kokkinisto
Slow cooked veal in a cinnamon scented tomato sauce with hilopites (egg noddles) and shaved Mizithra cheese.

- Arnaki fileto
Grilled rosemary and rigani scented Gippsland lamb loin with eggplant 'moussaka' timbale, walnut-pepper coulis and tzatziki.
