Our menu, curated by our passionate chefs, envisions anew the 'modern fusion'. While paying homage to the original creators of this cuisine, the fresh and seasonal element within the menu compels our chefs to create and invent, exploring new frontiers in the sensuality and potential of each ingredient. The result is an exciting new eating experience, which remains authentic, forever mindful of its foundation and roots.
We take our drinks at Lanai seriously enough to know that our neon flamingo doesn't make us a cocktail bar (we have one anyway), but our flavours do. The scents and flavours of our cocktail menu, created by our resident drinks guru and his team, enhance the menu and reveal another dimension to each food ingredient. Equally, the cocktails shine in their own right, designed to be savoured with or without food. Our wine and beer selection is largely sourced locally and meets the needs of the modern, often diverse, palette.
