Tristan and his team create an innovative modern menu that focuses on local produce that is accompanied by a range of innovative local wines as well as wine from around Australia and the globe. Alfresco dining in the flower filled courtyard in available in the summer months while Private dining in the Eliza or Belura room is available for groups up to 30 at the Linden Tree Red Hill Restaurant.
