Our suppliers are carefully chosen to ensure that we have only the very best of ingredients in Our dishes. Cooking and wine are similar in as much that you cannot achieve a great end result by using mediocre ingredients and therefore as chef and artisan, Our suppliers are critically important to me.

Our food must achieve an unforgettable experience for the diner not just in taste and flavour but it must be visually inviting too. The dishes we create extend the boundaries by Our being inspired by classic style Thai cuisine combining modern styles, fresh ideas and flavours. We are continually evolving Our food with all these influences enhancing what we consider Our special and individual style of Thai cuisine.
