Lulo is a tapas and wine bar tucked away on Glenferrie Road in Hawthorn serving some of the finest local and Spanish imported ingredients.
After travelling to South America and Spain, Executive Chef and Owner Matt Waldron was inspired by a Spanish culture celebrating fresh food and family gatherings. He discovered amazing flavours and treasured recipes passed down over generations that have become a central part of modern Spanish cuisine.
