Melbourne's crooked building 'Marina Tower' visible from the Bolte Bridge in Docklands is complete.

It could be truly said: Melbourne has it's own "Leaning Tower of Docklands".

Completed in 2017, the leaning building nicknamed the 'leaning tower of Melbourne', comprises two residential towers, one 43-storey block and one 36-storey block totalling 461 units; and a 7-storey hotel tower with 273 room keys.

The project's two conjoined towers separate at the 21st storey at five-degree angles and are encased in a shimmering façade.

It was designed and built by an Australian team consisting of architect DKO, consulting engineer Webber Design and contractor Probuild for Hiap Hoe.

Situated in the highly sought after NewQuay precinct, at the edge of Victoria Harbour, 6 - 22 Pearl River Road (Marina Tower) is an iconic landmark in Docklands, towering over all other buildings in the precinct, with commanding views from all angles.

Hiap Hoe has entered into a hotel management agreement with Starwood Asia Pacific Hotels & Resorts to manage Four Points by Sheraton.
