Melbourne's premier photography club, founded in 1891, with our club rooms located in our heritage listed building in the heart of South Melbourne.

The Melbourne Camera Club is a not-for-profit organisation run by and for photography enthusiasts.

It is the largest photography club in Victoria and prides itself on being able to provide its members with a diverse range of services.

The Club is a friendly and welcoming environment and aims to assist and encourage individuals in their creative pursuits.

A wealth of knowledge is on hand in the form of members, and workshops and presentations by specialists are included in the yearly program.

The Melbourne Camera Club meets at 8pm every Thursday evening, February through to November.

Services provided include print and projected image competitions, exhibitions, workshops, presentations by specialists, a darkroom, print finishing area, a fully equipped studio, a library, a quality printed quarterly magazine and special interest groups.
