MELBOURNE PAVILION

The Melbourne Pavilion is a unique multi layered event destination. Set in a magnificent fully renovated and heritage listed art deco building at the edge of Melbourne's CBD.

It's stunning design is centred around it's soaring & elegant freestanding timber ceiling arches, the last remaining example of this original architectural construction in Australia.

This historic detail blends with a contemporary architectural refurbishment featuring rich and inviting colours, soft textural fabrics & upholstery, warm lighting effects with crystal chandeliers, in a Morrocan inspired theme throughout.

The Melbourne Pavilion is a truly remarkable event in itself, offering a voluminous event space for large corporate functions or a uniquely intimate surround to celebrate your special occasion.

PRIVATE BALCONY SUITES & MEZZANINE BAR

Indulge your guests at the Melbourne Pavilion's 'Hollywood style' luxury private balcony suites. Each private booth on the Mezzanine level offers a sumptuous and intimate environment for up to 20 guests. The private suites can be fully screened for total guest privacy or open to oversee the entire expanse of the venue below. Also incorporating a private Mezzanine Bar the Melbourne Pavilion private suites offer a unique opportunity to impress your event VIPs or just enjoy some private fun.

Getting There

BY CAR/TAXI
Flemington/stubbs-st If travelling northbound along Citylink, take the Racecourse Rd exit, turning left at the Racecourse Rd exit and immediate left into Stubbs St. If travelling north via Flemington Road, turn left into Racecourse Rd and continue along, turning left into Stubbs St.
If travelling via North/West Melbourne, proceed north along Dryburgh St, veering left into Macaulay Rd, proceed approximately 1 km and turn right into Stubbs St and continue to the end of Stubbs St. to the corner of Racecourse Rd.

PARKING
Limited street parking is available outside the venue. Please note parking restrictions apply until 6.30pm Monday - Friday (all other times unlimited).
We offer a small car park at the rear of our building which can house up to 12 cars.
For large events, we open an additional free car park in Langford St (850 metres away) and operate a complimentary shuttle service via mini bus to and from the venue, please check our Facebook Page or message bank on the day of the event to see if this is in operation

BY TRAM
Take the #57 tram from Elizabeth St to stop 23 (Stubbs St). The Melbourne Pavilion is directly across Racecourse Rd.

BY TRAIN
Take the Upfield line from Melbourne CBD to the Flemington Bridge Station - The Melbourne Pavilion is a 1 minute walk from the station travelling northbound (away from the city) on Racecourse Rd.
