The Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre meets all your sport, recreation, rehabilitation, relaxation, health, wellbeing, fitness and educational needs under the one roof?
Whether you're an elite athlete, play regular competition or are an occasional player, or you just want to try a new activity, MSAC's world class dry court facilities are available to you.
You can drop into our eight court basketball stadium before 5.00pm any day, subject to events, and you can shoot hoops to your heart's content.

Location
Less than 3km from Melbourne's CBD, the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC) is located within Melbourne's famous Albert Park precinct, situated on the edge of Albert Park Lake on Aughtie Drive. The main vehicular entry to the Centre is off Aughtie Drive (Melways ref. 2K, D7).
Public Transport
MSAC is directly accessible via tram or light rail.
Tram numbers 112 run from the City to South Melbourne or St. Kilda, via Collins, Spencer and Clarendon Streets and Albert Road. Get off this tram at stop 131.
Light rail number 96 runs from the City to St. Kilda Beach via Bourke, Spencer, Ferrars Streets and Canterbury Road. Hop off this tram at either Albert Park or Wright Street Stations for your next visit to MSAC.
