Keep an eye out for our City Ambassadors in their distinctive red uniforms and get personal assistance with directions, public transport enquiries and events.

Ambassadors are friendly and equipped with extensive local knowledge that they are eager to share. You're never too far away from helpful, local advice.

Where to find City Ambassadors

Swanston Street, City Square, and Federation Square: Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday 11.30am to 3pm.

Queen Victoria Market: Friday to Sunday 10am to 3pm. Closed on Good Friday.
