Our aim is to give the best food, the best service, and the best value for money
in the Brasserie scene.
Our setting is small, warm and relaxed,we have utilised the character of the old Carlton terrace to give the same buzzy atmosphere you find in a Parissien or a regional French bistro.
Our food samples the rustic fare of French country cooking with a few modern twists.
Our Wine List is small, mainly Victorian and French and available by the glass. We do encourage BYO, so you can bring along that special bottle.
Our background with a culinary history spent in the restaurant kitchens of France and the England followed by there two successful restaurants in England. The Rees-Walsh family are now stoking the fires of their French Brasserie in Carlton.
