My Gym My Kids is now in Melbourne offering fitness classes for all ages from bubs to tweens.
Kids don't see exercise as adults do, that's why My Gym developed a unique program over 25yrs ago that excites children (Disney style) to be active through a mega variety of games, gymnastics, ball and racquet sports and other original age-appropriate activities using tailor made equipment to stimulate their desire to stay active.
We also cover some yoga, karate and anatomy/nutritional learning - the list is endless, we're constantly keeping it fresh; there is never a week of doing the same thing even for children who have stayed a Member at My Gym for their entire childhood!
My Gym also offers the BEST in exercise entertainment with tailored Birthday Parties, School Incursions and Excursions and our unique 'Parent Night Out' events where children attend themed evenings with lots of activity, pizza and fun - strictly no parents allowed - cheaper and more fun than a babysitter!
My Gym has been shown on 'Modern Family' and 'Daddy DayCare' .....
My Gym Children's Fitness Centers are international and extensively train only the seriously fun people in areas of sports fundamentals, early childhood learning, first aid and all have state required Working with Children qualifications.
