Netball Australia is the official home of netball in Australia from Suncorp NetSetGO to the Australian Netball Diamonds.
Netball has come a long way since it arrived in Australia with English school teachers in the early 1900's and was introduced to primary school children as 'Women's Basketball".
There are an estimated total of 1.2 million netball players in Australia.
Internationally netball is played in approximately 50 countries. Forty five of which are affiliated with the International Federation of Netball Associations (IFNA)
