OKUKAN Karate Melbourne is a modern Japanese martial arts dojo of Shitoryu karate-do, based in Coburg.

Sensei Sandra Contreras delivers specialised karate classes for all age groups and levels, including our special Adult Beginners Program, five days a week.

OKUKAN maintains affiliation to mainstream peak bodies and delivers regular, sustained Shitoryu training six days a week, all year round.

WHERE ARE WE?

All classes are delivered in our dedicated Coburg DOJO (only 8km north of Melbourne CBD).

A short walk from the new Coburg Train Station and the #19 tram line, and very close to the new Upfield bike path (which stretches all the way to Princes Park at the northern edge of the city). Ooh - and we have private onsite parking.
