Nestled in the pastoral region of Berwick the Old Cheese Factory gardens and reception rooms are available for Weddings, BBQ's, social functions, parties, meetings, markets, etc.

Managed by the Narre community Learning Centre Inc, The Berwick Old Cheese Factory offers a variety of performing arts and art and craft opportunities for the community to particpate in, many of which are run by Casey's local art groups.

The Berwick Old Cheese Factory was built in the 1860s and features the historic Springfield Homestead, Cheese Factory and Kitchen Wash house.

Set on beautiful landscaped gardens and open space, the Old Cheese Factory includes a large children's playground and BBQ/ picnic areas.

The Old Cheese Factory is managed and operated by the City of Casey.

The site is also home to a variety of regular groups running art and craft programs, Farmers' Markets, performing arts activities and training programs.

The Homestead Caf© is now closed - It was decided that the caf© will not re-open when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
