Located at 267 Chapel Street on the busy corner of Chapel and Chatham Streets in Prahran, Pan Asian serves top end cuisine using Thai, Japanese, Indian, Malaysian, Indonesian and Indochinese influences with an emphasis on discovery, flavour and balance.
A team of multicultural chefs to create a menu that is unique and exciting, allowing customers to play, discover and experience these delicious and modern concepts with a well considered and compact menu of great delicacy and artistry.
The design is influenced by eastern philosophy and combines ancient culinary customs with contemporary culture. There is no set protocol on ordering from the menu; dishes are designed with the concept of sharing in mind.
Pan Asian offers dining options for all occasions from delicious fast fresh meals, cocktails, private corporate and special events.
Pan Asian seats approximately 80 downstairs and 150 standing in the main dining room.
The mezzanine level has a seating capacity of 40 or 80 standing.
It overlooks the main dining room, the mezzanine offers guests a genuinely private area and yet benefits fully from the ambience and buzz of the main restaurant below.
