Pomonal Village Market - Halls Gap
Pomonal is in western Victoria near Halls Gap.
Locally grown in-season fruit and vegetables; preserves handmade chocolates and fudge; collectable bric a brac and vintage china and glassware; handspun English Leicester yarn fleece scarves beanies shawls and stoles; native plants; up cycled clothing and gorgeous jewellery and more.
This picturesque village is close to Lake Fyans and below Mt Cassell. Famous in the 1900s for its apple orchards and then tobacco crops Pomonal's present hallmark is its variety of spectacular wildflowers. A pleasant walk around Wildflower Drive will enable you to view some beautiful wildflower gardens.
Market dates
Markets are held on the last Sunday of the month (not December) from 9am to 1pm. Note that additional markets are held on the first Sunday of January and the first weekend in October to coincide with the Pomonal Native Flower Show.
2024 Warning
Please check before making plans. Pomonal was affected by fires in February 2024.
The Pomonal Market is held at the Pomonal Community Hall.
