Realm is Maroondah City Council's new library, cultural, knowledge and innovation centre, and home to the exciting and contemporary ArtSpace.

Located on Maroondah Highway at the entrance to the new Ringwood Town Square, Realm is directly opposite Ringwood Station and Bus Interchange and is easily accessed by all forms of transport.

Realm is owned and managed by Maroondah City Council, and is the the centrepiece of Council's Ringwood Town Square precinct, surrounded by open air gathering spaces, caf©s and retail shops.

ArtSpace at Realm
Realm's designated ArtSpace is programmed with a wide range of contemporary visual and performing arts. There are also other pop-up exhibition and performance spaces throughout the centre.

The exciting curated program within ArtSpace features dynamic exhibitions by leading multi-disciplinary artists. It presents a wide range of participatory arts experiences, exhibitions, performances, activities and events to engage with community members and visitors to the municipality.

Arts Incubators transform ArtSpace at Realm with creations that evolve over time through the interactions of artists and visitors.

BizHub
BizHub, a business resource hub, offers businesses access to education, skills and business development. Activated, collaborative workspaces and learning and development programs will support business growth and success.

Public holidays 10am - 5pm
Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday and ANZAC Day

Location and how to get there

Realm is opposite Ringwood Station.

Public transport; Realm is directly opposite Ringwood Station and the bus interchange, with direct links to both the Belgrave and Lilydale train lines.

Car: The best place for Realm and Town Square visitors to park is within the Eastland carpark. Enter via Gate 5 off Ringwood Street and follow signs to parking for Town Square. The closest accessible parking is located here.

Bike? The EastLink, Mullum Mullum and Heathmont Trails are all major shared trails that provide easy access to Realm. Bicycle parking is available in the Easland carpark closest to Town Square.
