RUCCIS began as a new circus program in 2006.
RUCCIS runs classes on a term by term basis alongside the four-term school year.
Spectrum classes cover a wide range of circus skills - Manipulation, Aerial, Tumbling, Balance and Acrobalance. This is the perfect place to explore circus skills in general, or develop a specialised skill. There is a Spectrum class for everyone from 3 year olds with an adult buddy through to older children, teenagers and adults of all ages and abilities.
Specialist Aerial classes teach trapeze, tissu, cloudswing, web and lyra. There are classes for both beginner and advanced students.
Other specialist classes are regularly included in the schedule, at least one (and usually more) on offer each term. Examples are Manipulation (juggling, poi, diabolo etc), Tumbling, Performance and Hoop.
The RUCCIS space is well-equipped with high quality aerial and floor equipment and a wide range of manipulation and balance gear.
