This ambient little tapas bar hums from the packed crowd sharing some of Melbourne's best Spanish cuisine over a glass of wine. The regularly changing menu features both modern and traditional tapas dishes that will keep you coming back for more. The cuisine of Spanish chef Luis Naval-Aguilar is regarded by many as being amongst the best Spanish in town and is an absolute taste sensation.
Located in bayside Middle Park, Santiago has been uniquely fitted out by 6 Degrees Architecture in a heritage listed Victorian. Drop in for a quick bite to eat, a glass of wine, cup of coffee, or get into the mood and stay all night grazing.
Paella is slow cooked in the traditional way every Wednesday and Saturday nights only. Bookings are recommended as Paella nights are a regularly attended event and tables are hotly contested. Only the finest seafood, Bomba rice and Spanish spices go into Santiago's Paella to make it second to none.
