The Easy Way to Get Started
The introductory program consists of two FREE lessons. This program is designed to make it easy to get started in Karate. During the introductory program your instructor will show you some of the warm up and stretching exercises and what to expect in the class. This way you will become more familiar with the class atmosphere, while learning some basic self defence skills that you can use immediately.
