The Italian family restaurant Simone's, is located in the North-East Victorian Alpine township of Bright. Simone's had been run by George and Patrizia Simone for the past 22 years, in which time it has moved from its first location at Oven Valley Motor Inn, on the outskirts of Bright, to a beautiful Victorian cottage in the heart of the township.
One reason why this restaurant is a much frequented gastronomic outpost for the past 20 years is because of Patrizia's love of re-creating dishes from her Italian background with local ingredients
