The Spanish Bar & Grill is located within the historic Grand Hotel complex in the Victorian North Western regional town of Mildura.
Since taking over the premises in 2006 we have created the 'slow food' restaurant Seasons and transformed the existing steakhouse into what has recently been judged the 2009 Savour Australia - Best Steak Restaurant.
We try to ensure that the guest experience is fantastic from arrival through to payment, it's not just about service, it's not just about great food, or even about great wine, everything is important if you want to exceed a customer's expectations.
