Saint Ali is named for the Sufi mystic and so-called patron saint of Yemen, Ali ibn Umar al-Shadhili, who is credited with sparking the world's coffee craze.
This alone should give you some indication to St Ali's specialty. St Ali is first and foremost a coffee wholesaler, but part of their huge warehouse space is dedicated to sharing the caffeinated love with the general public.
Offering fast and healthy Middle Eastern-influenced cafe fare, such as fattoush, pide and Lebanese pizzas.
Now open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, with sumptuous contemporary South East Asian delights on offer, such as the twice-cooked duck with orange, cucumber and black fungus, Szechuan and coriander salt, or the fiery green curry of apply, eggplant, corncakes, sweet green bell pepper and thai basil.
They also host regular coffee, wine and food degustations.
