St Peter's Anglican Church | Box Hill |
The Anglican Parish of Box Hill is a parish in the Diocese of Melbourne, Australia. We are in the eastern region of the Diocese in one of Australia's largest multicultural residential areas.
Our Parish expresses its life through eucharistic worship, using A Prayer Book for Australia as the basis of that worship. We are a traditional Anglican parish in the eastern region of the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne, in the state of Victoria, Australia.
We pride ourselves in having a high standard of traditional liturgical music. Flowing from our worship we have a well developed pastoral care program, support of missions both local and overseas and we run a Sudanese refugee resettlement program.
Our Mission Statement

Telling the story afresh.
Expressing God's love.
Nurturing and sharing faith.
Equipping to serve.
Serving the community.
St Peter's Anglican Church Box Hill turned 125 in 2014.
The foundation stone of the original church building was laid on 18/09/1889. That church building burnt down many years ago, but we invite former parishioners and family members to attend a series of events to mark 125 years of continuous worship at 1030-1038 Whitehorse Road Box Hill.
