Directors Jarett Lefers, Jasmin Lefers and Aaron Mc Kenzie established The Baron Said with a mind to event hosting. With expertise ranging from hospitality, interior design and art, marketing and business, 'The Barons' (if you will) lend their respective talents to transform The Baron Said into each event through creation, construction and invention.

The Baron Said is a 300sqm, single level venue that prides itself on being a versatile space that can accommodate up to approximately 350 guests in a cocktail style set up and 200 seated. The versatility of The Baron Said means that you can choose to have an intimate gathering in a secluded room of up to approximately 50 guests using a cocktail style or 20 seated. The main large space also has the unique ability to be flexible in its set up allowing for any number up to the maximum to be facilitated.

There are an abundance of 10amp power outlets throughout the venue as well as additional outlets located overhead on the beams making it superb for additional audio and visual requirements. Also available onsite are three 15amp outlets.

For your convenience The Baron Said has four toilet facilities. Convenient access to the venue is achieved directly through a roller door, which is also handy if vehicle access is required, with two other points of entry also available for use.

Getting to The Baron Said is easy. Located at 'rear of Brunswick Street' in Fitzroy it is well serviced by public transport. Trams on both Brunswick Street and Nicholson Street and buses crossing these on Johnson Street mean your options are plentiful. If driving, there is plenty of on-street parking as well as a carpark locally situated.
