The Dispensary, owned by restaurateurs Tim Baxter and Hayden Winch, offers regional and seasonal fare with a slew of ingredients, such as the chorizo sausage, made on the premises.
There is wide selection of renowned and boutique wines available, many of them by the glass, along with 50 boutique ales and lagers from pilsners, kolschs to wheat beer, bitters and saisons.
The Dispensary offers diners the added bonus of being open for breakfast. Breakfast offerings may include free-range eggs, prepared to your liking, while an all-day menu proffers homely and soulful delights such as pork meatballs in tomato sauce.
