Ben Oost is heading up the front of house applying skills learnt as Bar Manager at Public House, Richmond and Sales and Marketing Manager of Campaspe Country House, Woodend.
Central Victorian produce takes centre stage with John Harbour Quality Butchers ham and salami, La Madre Bakery sour dough breads, Hanging Rock and Patrick's Vineyard wines and Romsey Garden free range eggs.
The Village Larder serves Grinders 'Fix' Rain Forest Alliance certified coffee and Tea Tonic organic teas. They provide a breakfast and lunch service, and offers cakes, baked goods and slices all prepared on site. Specialty Australian and house made produce, bread, a range of food related books and select cooking equipment is also available for purchase. With Jana's food science background a range of The Village larder shelf products will also be developed soon - with the same 'retro' theme.
