Victoria Park

Victoria Park is a sports venue in Abbotsford best known as the original home of the Collingwood Football Club.

Built for Australian rules football and cricket, Victoria Park has also been home to a cycling track, tennis courts and a baseball club.

Victoria Park was re-opened as a community recreation space in December, 2011.

The park has been transformed through a $7.2 million redevelopment funded by the Australian Government and Yarra City Council into an exciting new public park.

Victoria Park stadium was VFL ground between 1892 and 1999 and headquarters of the Collingwood Football Club for 107 years until 2005.
