Villa Maria Aged Care and Disability Services

Villa Maria Aged Care and Disability Services

Villa Maria was established in 1907 with a focus on the needs of blind people.

As the world has changed, so has the organisation. Over the last 25 years, to ensure we remain relevant to the needs of our community, Villa Maria has changed its focus from the blind, to aged care and disability services.

The Villa Maria of 2006 is a large, complex and wonderful organisation. We employ over 950 staff and 350 volunteers in 40 programs in over 40 locations throughout Victoria. The services Villa Maria provides include:

Residential aged care services that include 4 high care facilities;
Community services that range from rehabilitation services to in-home, carer and respite support services;
Disability services including early intervention, school, community residential units or residences, day activities for adults and children and independent living support programs in the community and the home.
