Restaurants

Angliss Restaurant
The Angliss Restaurant is the Institute's flagship fine-dining venue and the home of the Great Chefs program. The restaurant can hold up to 150 people, and offers an a la carte menu as well as function facilities for both cocktail and sit down functions.



Angliss Bistro
The Angliss Bistro provides a relaxed and casual atmosphere for lunch or dinner. The Bistro can hold up to 50 people for a sit down meal.



Occasions Restaurant
The Occasions Restaurant provides affordable dining for special events or large functions. With capacity for 100 people it is a great space for student groups and Probus clubs.

Functions and Events
Our Diploma of Events students can help plan and organise your next corporate event. The students will use their creative flair to make your next event easy and successful whilst providing them with valuable work experience.
