Marina precinct

The Marina precinct commenced construction in 1999 and is now complete.

Park precinct

The Park precinct will encompass a further three towers, creating a backdrop to Point Park.
Yarra Point, a 31 storey tower comprising 201 apartments was completed in 2013
Array, a 39 level tower comprising 205 apartments is due for completion in 2015
Stage 1 of Point Park is now complete with Stage 2 under construction.

River precinct
